JD - Analysis on Locations

To be able to continue with the development of our concept and music video, we need to come up

with some ideas for locations that would suit the low-fi and surreal feeling we want our video to

have.

- I watched a few videos of similar styles to what we would like to do and looked at the locations that they have been shot in. The locations all seem to be fairly anonymous and dark, some with an industrial feel to them.

- Some of the videos with abstract slow motion shots appear to be shot in a dark studio, which helps to keep the audiences attention on the detail of the shot.

After going over these videos as a group we feel that this sort of anonymous location would work well in our video. We are also going to be using slow motion throughout our video.
