In order to carry on with out development of our concept and music video, we need to figure out what type of costumes will be needed for the characters in our video. We have decided that we need a female to do some lip syncing to the track, and they will need to be dressed in appropriate clothes in order to match the look of the video we are looking for.
- I looked at a few videos and looked at the costumes of the people in them, they all seem to be wearing very 'retro' clothes with plain patterns and nothing too new looking and bright colours. These clothes seem to add to the richness of the videos and this is what we hope to achieve in our video.
- The clothes don't usually have a pattern on them and they have an 'indie' feel to them and this type of richness and slightly low-fi look to them is something we hope to achieve in our video.
- I our video we have decided that the best type of costume will be something similar to the ones in the screenshots below:
